Resize images in the browser
There's the photo too big to attach, or the image that has to fit an exact size on a site, or the avatar that needs to become a neat square. Resizing is one of the most everyday tasks with images, and this tool handles it right in the browser, without you having to open a heavy editor.
You set the width and height in pixels and, if you want, leave the keep-original-ratio option switched on, so the image isn't stretched or squashed. It works well for preparing photos for upload, fitting images into a layout, creating thumbnails or shrinking the file before sending it by email.
All the processing happens on your own device. The image never goes up to any server, so your privacy stays intact even with personal photos. In a few seconds you resize and download the result.
