Timesheet Punch Analyzer

At month end somebody has to add up the clock punches and say who owes hours and who has overtime coming. Done in a spreadsheet, it turns into a column of subtractions nobody double-checks. Paste the punches here exactly as the clock printed them, one line per day, and you get the daily balance, total overtime and hours owed, with a CSV ready for payroll.

The maths follows the Brazilian labour rules that a manual count tends to miss. The default daily tolerance is ten minutes: a smaller swing zeroes the day instead of becoming credit or debt. Sundays and public holidays count the whole shift as overtime, not just the part beyond the normal day. And the night hour, between 22:00 and 05:00, is counted as 52 minutes and 30 seconds, so a full night yields more hours than the wall clock suggests.

It also flags three situations that commonly create liability: a day with more than six hours worked and less than an hour of break, a shift longer than ten hours, and an unusually long break. Set the reference year so national holidays are picked up, and add municipal ones in the field provided. Nothing is sent to a server: the punches stay in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.
