SEO Title Length
Analyzes title tag length in chars and pixel estimate to suggest optimal truncation for Google.

Characters, pixels and which to trust
A title truncated with an ellipsis in search results stings, because the cut almost always eats the part that mattered. Paste your title into the field and the tool reports the character count, an estimated pixel width, whether that fits Google's rough 600px ceiling, and a status: too short under 30 characters, risky above 60.
The pixel figure comes from a flat average of 7.5px per character. It does not measure real glyph widths, so Wilson and lilili score identically at the same letter count even though a W is nearly three times wider than an i. The practical effect: the 600px line only trips somewhere near 80 characters, while the status already complains past 60. Treat the character count as the stricter of the two.
Aim for 50 to 60 characters including the brand suffix, and lead with the term that matters, since truncation happens at the end. Mobile cuts at a different point, so check both. Remember that Google rewrites titles often, pulling from the H1 or from anchor text, and no character count prevents that. Clear the field and it falls back to analysing the sample title. Everything is computed locally.
