The usual culprit is the link: whether the URL is 18 or 180 characters, the platform shortens every one of them to 23. The count here treats every visible character as one unit using grapheme segmentation, so a family emoji built from several code points counts as 1 rather than 7. X uses a different ruler: Latin letters and accents weigh 1, while each emoji weighs 2, as do characters from scripts such as Japanese, Russian and Arabic. For plain Latin text the two numbers agree. Add emoji and the real total over there is higher, one extra per emoji.

Add one character per emoji to match what X will say, or just leave five characters of slack and you will never be caught out. The 23 character rule only fires for addresses starting with http or https, so writing 1001ferramentas.com without the prefix counts letter by letter here while the platform would still shorten it.
